    SPEEED

    Science-driven speed development led by Dr. Ethan Wilkie. Athletes combine skating treadmill training, sprint mechanics and off-ice movement development to become faster and more explosive on the ice.

  • First Short

    A progressive 10-week program that helps players ages 6–7 develop proper shooting mechanics, learn to elevate the puck and build the confidence to shoot to score.

Equipment requirements depend on the activity. Each program and booking confirmation includes a complete list of what to bring. Players training on the synthetic ice or our treadmill generally require skates, a stick and gloves. Goaltenders attending goalie training require full equipment.

Synthetic ice provides a consistent, year-round environment for focused skill repetitions. It allows players and goaltenders to work on technique, movement and puck skills without the time and space limitations of a traditional team practice.

Yes. Zero Chill can create customized sessions using the synthetic ice surface, skating treadmill and performance training area. Team training can focus on skill development, skating, conditioning or preseason preparation.

Zero Chill Academy is located at 160 Avenue Iberia, Unit 212, in Candiac, Quebec, on Montreal’s South Shore. We are the first door on the left side of the building when you are facing the building.
